The Dragon slept on his treasure until the treasure bored him. Five short chapters. No whitepaper. He doesn't read.

The Long Sleep
For ten thousand years the Dragon slept on a mountain of gold. The gold never grew. It never did anything. Gold is very good at lying still, and so was he.

One day he woke up hungry. Gold doesn't taste like anything. He understood one thing: value isn't what you sit on. It's what hatches, or what you eat.

The First Lay
So he laid an egg. Warm, heavy, humming. Inside was a whole market waiting to happen. He looked at it for a long time. Then he laid another one.

The Kitchen
Not every egg should hatch. The Dragon found a pan big enough for a mountain. Turns out he's also the cook. Nobody asked him to. Nobody stopped him either.

Now every egg he lays gets the same fire and the same question. Keep it warm and it hatches. Throw it in his pan and he eats.
